I’m Lee Monk, a strategic Quality and Data Integrity Consultant with over two decades of experience helping scientific and clinical organisations strengthen compliance, elevate operational excellence, and build resilient, future‑proof Quality Management Systems. My career bridges laboratory science, regulated QA, and non‑regulated research quality, with senior leadership roles at UCB Biopharma UK and BAT.

I’m a passionate advocate of data integrity and data management standards, committed to helping organisations build quality systems and behaviours that protect the reliability of their scientific data. I design and deliver high‑impact training programmes that strengthen capability, shift culture, and embed sustainable quality practices across teams. I’m also a recognised industry contributor, regularly sharing insight as a trainer, mentor, and conference presenter.

As a Fellow of the Research Quality Association (RQA) and a former active contributor to EBF (https://e-b-f.eu/) and EQIPD (https://go-eqipd.org), I’ve helped shape industry thinking and advance best practice in research quality and compliance. My work blends scientific precision with creative innovation, enabling teams to develop confidence and competence through engaging, pragmatic learning materials.
