Who I am
Lee Monk Consultancy Ltd is me, Lee Monk (quality & data integrity consultant, QMS transformer, learning innovator and, for the purposes of this privacy policy, the Data Controller and Processor). You can contact me on lee_monk@icloud.com, via LinkedIn or via my contact page.
What information do I collect about you?
I collect personal information that you provide when you contact me, request information about my consultancy services, or engage with me during the delivery of quality or data‑integrity support. I also collect basic website usage data through cookies, including Wix Analytics.

I do not collect any sensitive personal data.
How do I use your information?
I use your personal information to respond to your enquiries and to provide the consultancy services you request. I may also use it to communicate with you about work in progress or other matters directly related to the services you have engaged me to deliver.

I do not use your information for marketing purposes, and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.

This website uses Wix Analytics to collect basic usage data through cookies. This helps me understand how the site is used and to make improvements. Wix Analytics does not personally identify you to me.
On what lawful basis do I process your information?
I process your personal information only for purposes directly related to the consultancy services you request. Where I am providing services or responding to an enquiry, the lawful basis for processing your information is the performance of a contract with you.

I may also process your information on the basis of legitimate interests, such as maintaining and improving my consultancy services and ensuring the effective operation of my business.

In some circumstances, I may need to process your information to comply with a legal obligation. This may include accounting requirements, audit processes, the prevention of fraud, or where I am required to do so by law.
For how long will I retain your information?
I may keep your personal information for at least 6 years for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. I may also store archived copies of electronic information on backups indefinitely.
Who will your information be shared with?
Wix Analytics provide my website usage statistics. Wix Analytics collects basic, non‑identifying information about how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and how people found the site, to help me understand overall traffic and improve site performance.

Otherwise, I don’t rent, sell or share your personal information with other people or companies except to help prevent fraud, defend legal claims or if required to do so by law.

Under EU data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent. If you ask me to delete any personal data I hold about you, please be aware that this doesn’t include any data I'm obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
